At Califarmia, most of the food you are eating was grown in Tennessee by your neighbors and friends.
We guarantee you will always have fresh and healthy cuisine at the Califarmia Food Truck. Our truck has 7 major categories of entree. For a catered event you can choose what you'd like served, and for those wonderful occasions when our truck makes a stop, we randomly serve up a few choices that we think the people in the area will enjoy most.
Our menu varies seasonally based upon what produce is available.
Chef Brian's west coast teriyaki bowl combines chargrilled chicken, seasonal vegetables sourced from local farms and jasmine rice. Topped with our signature homemade honey teriyaki sauce and garnished with scallions and sesame seeds, our B-Mac’s Bowl is a delicious and healthy option that brings California to Nashville.
This is Califarmia's farm fresh take on an old favorite. We use seared pulled pork slow roasted in the beer of choice then place the tender pork on a hearty cuban bread topped with fresh pickles, swiss cheese and a farm fresh egg. We incorporate it all together with a beer mustard made with Yazoo Gherst.
KOREAN STREET TACOS
From the streets of Seoul to downtown Nashville, Korean BBQ is always a crowd pleaser. These tacos are loaded with slow roasted marinated grass fed beef, slightly pickled asian slaw, house-made gojuchang BBQ sauce, and a soft heat pressed flour tortilla.
WEST COAST STREET TACOS
The fused flavors of Mexico and California come together to create tasty tacos that are as beautiful as they are satisfying. Starting with roasted ancho chili lime chicken placed on a heat pressed flour tortilla, we add pico de gallo, farm fresh citrus cabbage, chihuahua cheese and baja chipotle crema to add the perfect amount of sweetness and smoke.
We proudly use grass-fed beef sourced from Porter Road Butcher to craft a burger that will leave you craving more. Topped with grilled onions and cilantro, smoky chipotle mayo, fresh guacamole, fire-kissed poblano pepper and melted jalapeño jack cheese, all sandwiched in a Provence artisan bun.
CALIFARMIA CITRUS SALAD
Who says that a food truck can’t serve a salad? We source our greens directly from Hopewell Farms and our salads are as fresh as they can be. Starting with locally sourced greens, we add balsamic glazed red onions, candied pecans (What's a salad in the South without Pecans?), honey infused clementines, and gorgonzola cheese, and we top it all off with a grilled chicken breast. We recommend our blackberry balsamic vinaigrette; however, we do have other dressing options upon request.
ANCHO CHICKEN BURRITO
Starting with our ancho- lime chicken, we mix w black beans, rice, and chihuahua cheese on our flat-top crisping this blend of flavors to perfection. We wrap all of this in a 12” burrito tortilla, and finish it off with our house made pico-de-gallo and our smoky baja chipotle crema. Always available gluten free as a bowl.
COCONUT BANG BANG BOWL
This bowl is the absolute epitome of savory and sweet. Delicious roasted coconut chicken side beside side with grilled honey ginger glazed carrots and thai spiced zucchini on a bed of fresh jasmine rice topped with our house bang bang sauce, a dash of toasted coconut and green onion garnish.

WEST COAST BREAKFAST BURRITO
The breakfast burrito is a California staple, really an American staple. Chef Brian rolls his famous burrito with local sausage, scrambled local eggs (fried on request), fresh pico de gallo, black beans, crispy hash browns, chihuahua cheese, and all accented with a light drizzle of crema.
SOCAL GRITS BOWL
We take Beaver Creek Farm's Grits (simply the best), cook them with fresh cheddar and jalapeño, top them with a local egg over medium, porter road sausage, pico de gallo and slices of avocado.
